 I received this to do a review on and here is my honest opinion. I've tried a lot of different protein shakes and weight loss shakes, and so far this is by far the best one I have tried. It mixes well, so no lumps or graininess like some of the others, and it doesn't taste horrible  like a lot of the other diet products on the market I have tried before. It actually tastes good and satisfies my cravings, while keeping my hunger under control for a few hours in between meals. I love that it has only 90 calories per serving, and that it is Aspartame free. I also love that it contains 20 grams of protein, since my doctor recommends that I need more of this important nutrient to help with my weak system and she says for my height I am a little overweight. I haven't been drinking it long enough to know if it will really truly help me with my weight loss, but it definitely has the potential to help me to do this too. I would recommend that anyone interested in weight loss or protein shakes give it a try. I tried the chocolate flavor, but there are some other great flavors available too. I haven't decided which to try next, but there are a couple that sound delicious. I will be trying more flavors for sure. I highly recommend this if you want something low calorie that helps with energy,helps speed up metabolism and boost weight loss. I will include links for product.

I must say they are truly amazing I love how comfortable they are. They stretch nicely and form to you great .The colors are gorgeous especially with the ombre effect on them .I have a horrible time with finding bras because I can't stand anything tight on me ,well even though these are stretchy material and tighter on skin it doesn't bother me because they are so comfortable it's like you don't even have it on.
